Brown Pot
This fairly large stoneware pot is made with black clay and clear glazed. As can be seen, it is actually dark brown. It is 6" in diameter and 4" high. The bad news is that there is a small shrinkage crack in the bottom but it will not propagate any further. I have filled the crack with black silicone so it will not leak. It can't be seen if you use the bowl for a dry flower arrangement but it does bring the price down. There are slight yellow highlights around the bowl. Fluted Tenmoku Vase
This vase is 4 1/2" tall by 5 1/2" in diameter at the top. It is made from speckled clay and coated with my special tenmoku reddish/brown glaze. The floral design is made by putting wax in that area, which resists being coated by glaze.

Larger Tenmoku Speckled Bowl
This bowl is 5 1/2" tall by 5 1/2" in diameter. It is also made from speckled clay and coated with my special tenmoku reddish/brown glaze. You can see how the speckles come through the glaze to give it depth.

Larger Tenmoku Bowl
This bowl is 4 1/4" tall by 5 1/2" in diameter. It is made from a white clay and coated with my special tenmoku reddish/brown glaze. If you click on the picture and look at the close-up, you can see the pattern of the glaze on the white clay. Quite beautiful.

Brown Glazed Dish
This dish is made with black clay, glazed with clear glaze and fired to stoneware temperatures. It is also 12 1/2" by 8 1/2".
There is one flaw which can be seen in the picture. The clear glaze was too thick at one spot at the top of the picture which turned cloudy. It's a normal occurrence for clear glaze.

Vine Decorated Tall Vase
This 3 1/2" dia x 4 1/2" high hand decorated vase has vines inside and out. It's made from tan speckled clay, which really sets off the decoration. It's the same color as the one below but the pictures don't show that well.

This 3 3/4" diameter vine decorated vase is made of the same tan speckled clay as the one on the previous page. It is decorated with the same colors and dipped in clear overglaze.
